6.4 Online Tracking

Invisible pixels and web beacons are tiny graphic images  that may be placed on Website pages or in our emails to help us determine if you have performed a particular action. When you access these pages, or open an email or click in it, the invisible pixels and/or web beacons generate a notice about that action. These tools allow us to measure the response to our communications and improve our web pages and promotions.

  • Legal/Regulatory Obligations: Retained as long as required by law

The criteria used to determine our retention periods include, among others:

  2. as required by a legal obligation to which we are subject; or
  3. as advised in light of our legal position (for example, with respect to applicable limitation periods, litigation, or regulatory investigations).

We may delete personal information related to inactive accounts, subject to applicable legal or regulatory obligations. In addition, we may delete personal information about you from our database at any time and without providing a reason. Therefore, please keep your own copy of the personal information you have provided to us.

You may request deletion of your information at any time (subject to legal hold requirements) by contacting us (see Section 10).
