    PMG has manufactured numerous sled accessories including specialized benches, automotive bucks, and individual seat structures, all of which can be made available to our clients.

    The acceleration sled can be programmed to reproduce a large range of acceleration pulses. Characteristics are as follows:

    • Maximum Velocity : 80 km/h (49 mph)
    • Maximum Acceleration : Up to 90 g

  • Deceleration sled

    The deceleration sled is a programmable braking system which simulates deceleration pulses using four servo-hydraulic controlled valves. Its characteristics are as follows:

    • Nominal Force : 2000 KN(450,000 lbf)
    • Maximum Deceleration Distance : 1800 mm (70.8 in)
    • Maximum Velocity : 80 km/h (50 mph)
    • Maximum Acceleration : 110 g
    • Maximum Payload : 3000 kg (6600 lb)
    • Peak Energy : 678,000 N-m(500,000 lbf-ft)
    • Dimensions of the sled bed : 2.8 m L x 1.8 m W(110″ L x 71″ W)
