Pedestrian lab

The pedestrian laboratory is equipped with a BIA Universal Impact Simulation Test System used to simulate occupant and pedestrian impacts using a series of interchangeable impactors.

• The servo-hydraulic launch system provides accurate acceleration, speed, and position control
• Can reach speeds of up to 45 km/h ±0.5% with a target accuracy of ±5 mm.
