| Upon the announcement of a new CMVSS 135 safety standard for passenger vehicle's hydraulic braking systems in October 1996, PMG Technologies' research & development department started developing a new testing device, " the Kit 135", that can be used as a data acquisition, data processing, analysis , validation and printing device.
